Your order will be shipped directly from our shoe workshop in Italy to you.
We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS delivery services. Upon receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email with planned shipment date as well as sending you update emails, including your personal tracking code when your shoes have been shipped.
Regular delivery times/costs
Europe and USA 2-4 days - €10
The rest of the world 4-8 days - €25
Express Delivery times/costs
Europe and USA 1-2 days €30
The rest of the world 1-4 days €50
Shipping charges are calculated per order - all additional items in the same order are shipped free of charge.
International buyers please note our products are shipped to you directly from our workshop in Italy. Depending on your destination country, there is a chance that customs or import duties may be payable. As we have no control over such charges, the recipient of the parcel must pay any additional taxes.
Adjustments / Returns
Each pair of Polyforma shoes is made per customer order according to their specifications. We are committed to giving you a great fitting pair of quality shoes which is why we offer, at no additional charge, to pick-up, remake and resend your shoes if they do not fit. For a refit, please:
- Try the shoes using both insoles that came with the shoes to see if one helps the fit.
- If not, contact us within 30 days of receiving them and explain the sizing issue, giving as much detail as possible.
- Place the unworn shoes in the original packaging and give them to the delivery company that we will arrange free of charge (please note that pick-up city must be the same as it was for the delivery).
- Wait for us to confirm receipt of the shoes and give you a new tracking code for your re-sized shoes.
Because we would not be able to resell a pair of individually made shoes, Polyforma is unable to provide refunds on orders. Should any issues persist, we request that you contact us and discuss any concerns.
